How To Hard Reset Navman

Cakes with Lime and pistachio pastry










Ingredients:
90g flour 90g cornflour
200g icing sugar 100g butter

6 eggs 1
grated lime zest (or yellow)
1 tbsp lemon juice 1 packet
vanilla sugar

Preparation:
Work-egg yolks and icing sugar in a bowl until frothy and foamy.
-Fit egg whites until stiff, fold them gently to mix, add the flour, cornstarch into rain melted butter, lemon zest, juice, sugar Citronet vanilla.
-Pour mixture into a loaf pan buttered and floured pan or individual like me.
-Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven, let cool before removing from pan.
-Place the cake on a serving dish and garnish it with icing sugar or a sauce of lemon juice and sugar.
