1967 Buick Convertible

Chocolate Muffins Honey Balls



Ingredients:

-250g dark chocolate (200 g and 50 g black white for me)

-150g -5 eggs butter



-
Pinch of salt 125g flour-


-2 packets of yeast cake (1 for me)

- sugar



Preparation:

- Melt chocolate in double boiler, add butter, mix well.

- Whisk together the egg yolks and melted chocolate.

- Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the salt, flour, baking powder, mix gently snow above mixture until smooth.

-butter your pan and pour the batter.


-Bake in a moderately hot oven.

- Garnish with powdered sugar or your choice.

Ingredients:

250 g butter
4 eggs (youth only)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup ground almonds (or cacaouètte)
1 teaspoon baking powder
few drops of aroma almond (optional) or 1 packet vanilla
flour mixture
Almond or cacouèttes concasés
Honey

Preparation:

- Work the butter and sugar until mixture resembles a salve.
- Add 4 egg yolks, the drops of aroma or sachet of vanilla and mix well.
- Stir baking powder, almond powder and flour, small CAUTION low dough should be very soft.
- Make small balls (they conflent later) that you pass into the egg whites and almonds concasés.

- Bake for 20 minutes (watch cooking)
- Heat the honey and sprinkle each CISET soon out of the oven with a teaspoon of warm honey.
A very simple recipe that gives a very good result
