1967 Buick Convertible

Chocolate Muffins Honey Balls



Ingredients:

-250g dark chocolate (200 g and 50 g black white for me)

-150g -5 eggs butter



-
Pinch of salt 125g flour-


-2 packets of yeast cake (1 for me)

- sugar



Preparation:

- Melt chocolate in double boiler, add butter, mix well.

- Whisk together the egg yolks and melted chocolate.

- Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the salt, flour, baking powder, mix gently snow above mixture until smooth.

-butter your pan and pour the batter.


-Bake in a moderately hot oven.

- Garnish with powdered sugar or your choice.
