250 g butter
4 eggs (youth only)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup ground almonds (or cacaouètte)
1 teaspoon baking powder
few drops of aroma almond (optional) or 1 packet vanilla
flour mixture

Honey
Preparation:
- Work the butter and sugar until mixture resembles a salve.
- Add 4 egg yolks, the drops of aroma or sachet of vanilla and mix well.
- Stir baking powder, almond powder and flour, small CAUTION low dough should be very soft.
